ţţ㷨 began supplying SunPower with microinverters in 2018. Microinverters are integrated into SunPower solar panels, transforming DC solar panels into AC solar panels. These AC Panels are used in many SunPower systems and are referred to as “powered by ţţ㷨.” It is important to know that ţţ㷨 has not been a service provider to SunPower or its customers and has not provided maintenance services for SunPower systems.

SunPower uses a monitoring platform different from ţţ㷨, so ţţ㷨 is unable to provide immediate technical support. However, SunPower systems can be modified to communicate with ţţ㷨 monitoring. This will provide you with 24x7 support directly from ţţ㷨.

Yes. ţţ㷨 will honor the terms of the ţţ㷨 limited warranty for ţţ㷨 products used in SunPower systems. For more information about ţţ㷨 warranties, visit enphase.com/warranty/us.

We cannot comment on how long the SunPower monitoring platform and mySunPower app support will continue.

You can; however, third-party monitoring apps can only monitor total energy production. They cannot provide the same level of detail as the ţţ㷨 App. If your SunPower system has an array map (which is a diagram of all of your microinverters, panels, and system components), the ţţ㷨 App offers additional per-panel monitoring and enables ţţ㷨 to troubleshoot your system remotely.

SunPower systems connect to a proprietary monitoring platform and the mySunPower app. Whether your SunPower system is powered by ţţ㷨 or not, it can be modified to communicate with the ţţ㷨 Monitoring Platform and the ţţ㷨 App.

The ţţ㷨 App is a powerful and intelligent companion to your ţţ㷨 System. You can monitor your system status from anywhere and know how much energy your solar system produces. With one app, you can review your system health and performance, view panel-level production for systems with microinverters, track the power you use and put back into the grid, respond to weather events, and manage your power-hungry appliances.

Your SunPower system can be modified to communicate with the ţţ㷨 App and the ţţ㷨 Monitoring Platform. In addition, you can add ţţ㷨 Care on an annual basis. To learn about ţţ㷨 monitoring, email spwrquery@enphaseenergy.com or call 510-945-6752 for assistance. 

The ţţ㷨 Monitoring Kit is compatible with SunPower solar systems regardless of if they have ţţ㷨 microinverters or not. It is also compatible with SunPower storage systems that either use ţţ㷨 IQ batteries or Tesla batteries.

We also have hardware upgrade solutions for SunPower systems that are powered by other non-ţţ㷨 inverters and/or third-party batteries, please call us to discuss your options.

The ţţ㷨 Monitoring Kit comes with two components: hardware and installation services. The hardware is covered by a five-year limited warranty and the installation services are covered by a one-year limited workmanship warranty.

ţţ㷨 Care is an annual subscription protection plan designed to provide homeowners with peace of mind. This comprehensive solution offers technical support, hardware service, and software assistance, all in one package. ţţ㷨 monitors systems 24/7, proactively detecting and troubleshooting issues, and covers the cost of any on-site warranty-related repairs for ţţ㷨 products. ţţ㷨 Care is available to homeowners with ţţ㷨 IQ Microinverters and/or IQ Batteries connected to the ţţ㷨 monitoring platform via an IQ Gateway. We have many options depending on your system’s configuration ranging from transitioning your monitoring onto the ţţ㷨 App to full system and storage upgrade programs.

While SolarBridge inverters are not covered by the ţţ㷨 warranty, we have programs specifically designed with special offers for SunPower customers needing to upgrade their SolarBridge inverters.
