How to return on
Step 1
Login to your account on ţţËã·¨ store and go to 'My Account' section.
Step 2
Click the return button against the order number that you would like to return.
Step 3
On the next page select the item that you want to return, choose appropriate options from the dropdown and then finally submit the request.
Step 4
Upon successful submission of the request, it will be routed for approval.
Step 5
Our operations team will review your request and approve the return, they will send out an email with return labels.
Step 6
Use the return labels to ship the product back by dropping the package at the nearest Delhivery facility. Once you ship back the product you are required to confirm the shipping by clicking on 'Confirm Shipping' button.
Step 7
Finally, when we receive the product at our warehouse, we will either process the exchange or refund within 10-12 working days as per your opted option.
